Kiwanis in the Community
Hillsborough Kiwanis volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House every few months. We serve home-cooked meals to the residents (55 +/- families and patients). This past month we were fortunate that John Traubert took his balloon skills with him!!

Support Key Clubs – Advisor Former Educator Millie Hunter
Christmas for needy families and children
Ronald McDonald House – meals each quarter for 50+ people (Durham Location)
Friends of the DSS (People in need)
Carolinas (Kiwanis) District Foundation (fund raising)
Boys and Girls Home of NC (Support efforts for orphanage)
Goals for Girls Trip (three soccer players from Cedar Ridge to Africa 2017
Club NOVA – (Gave to their new facility efforts 2017)
OCIM – Support food pantry (Money for meals)
Volunteers for Youth – support youth programs encouraging good community citizen living
Eliminate Tetanus – worldwide effort to reduce or eliminate tetanus
Orange County 4-H
Orange County Rural Alliance – support to provide meals for needy senior citizens
Member of the Hillsborough Chamber of Commerce
Participate in Youth oriented programs; i.e., Got Grit Race and the Hillsborough Half Marathon
